Two more pictures from Sandgate High Street this morning, demonstrating why Sandgate needs Shepway Council to follow others in using seagull proof bags for waste collections for those without wheelie bins.
It's not hygenic, looks terrible and costs to clear up every week. A trial of the bags could even save them money, but no response from them to date...
