Cheriton High Street Bus Stop to Return

A bus stop in Cheriton High Street, Folkestone that was written off in a bus accident last month should be replaced in around 4 weeks.
Cheriton Councillor Lib Dem Tim Prater has been reassured by Shepway Council that Stagecoach have admitted liability and the shelter, near to Music Bay and Cheriton Library, will be replaced by Adshel who supply the shelter.
Tim commented:
"Accidents happen, but the loss of the shelter has certainly been noticed by local residents. I'm pleased the shelter will be replaced soon."
