Dover Civic Service

The venue of Dover Parish Church was a dignified setting for the Mayor-making of Sue Jones. By this time, I have become familiar with the routines of these events but more importantly, people such as Sue have become my friends and I was so pleased to be there to celebrate with her.

The church displayed for sale the many Fair Trade items of food and gifts as they are committed as a town to raising awareness of the plight of those who grow and produce our food.
