Guide Dogs for the Blind Supper at Folkestone Bowls Club

There is always a warm welcome from the fund raisers of The Guide Dogs for the Blind and the company is interesting and informative.

You can't go wrong with a fish and chip supper in my opinion and the cod was cooked to perfection. A lively bunch of people chatted throughout the evening and extra money was raised through the raffle which had many unusual prizes.

Three people attended with their dogs and it was fascinating to hear what tasks these dog can perform for their owners. It is a pleasure to support this worthwhile cause.
