Herald Group: Under New Management

Kent Regional Newspapers, the group which owns the Folkestone, Hythe and Romney Marsh "Herald" newspapers amongst others, has been bought by Northcliffe Media from previous owners Trinity Mirror.
Northcliffe Media has acquired East Surrey and Sussex Newspapers, Kent Regional Newspapers and Blackmore Vale Publishing from Trinity Mirror for nearly £65 million. Northcliffe Media are part of the Daily Mail & General Trust, which owns the Daily Mail.
