Is this the worst bench in Shepway?

Lib Dem campaigner Peter Carroll is appealing to Shepway District Council for help with what he thinks may be the most dilapidated bench in Shepway.

The bench is in Swan Lane in Sellindge. A concerned elderly resident Mrs Kingston says that many local people would use the bench if it were in good repair. Further, residents are asking if the nearby bus stop can be moved. Currently, it is not near any houses. Residents are asking if it can be moved about 100 yards further up Swan Lane in the direction of Greenfields.

Peter has written to Officers at Shepway to demand action.
