Jenny Cowan remembered

Shepway Lib Dems are saddened to hear that long standing local Liberal Democrat member and deliverer Jenny Cowan recently passed away.

Sandgate Parish Councillor Gary Fuller said:

"Jenny was both a long time supporter of the party and helped a great deal during the recent elections in Sandgate, as she had done for many years."

Folkestone West & Sandgate County Councillor Tim Prater added:

"Jenny will be really missed: I've known her for some time and she always had a ready smile and willingness to help and talk. She recently attended a local 'Liberal Drinks' event and was full of chat, discussing her plans to move back to Devon and a drainage problem in Sandgate. We send all best wishes and condolences to her son, family and friends."
