Lib Dem Lynne Beaumont wins Folkestone Town Council seat for Folkestone Park

In the by-election held on 22nd November for Folkestone Park ward for Folkestone Town Council, Lynne Beaumont gained the seat from the Conservatives with a 143 vote majority, with the Conservatives slipping into third place.
The result was:
- Lib Dem (Lynne Beaumont): 420
- UKIP: 152
- People First: 277
- Conservative: 263
- Labour: 117
- Green: 35
- Rejected (voting for more than one candidate): 4
- Rejected: (unmarked or uncertain): 2
Turnout 25.64%
