The last of the annual Mayor Making events in East Kent was held at The Wintergardens in Margate.
The election having already been made it was a ceremony to officially accept the role of Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress. It has been interesting to see how each town performs these ceremonies differently and to note the variety of procedure.
