Tonight on BBC2 and BBC HD at 9pm, former Lib Dem party leader Lord (Paddy) Ashdown presents the show "The Most Courageous Raid of WWII"
Paddy tells the story of the Cockleshell Heroes, who took part in one of the most audacious commando raids of World War Two - to blow up shipping in Bordeaux harbour in preparation for D-Day.
