Pilgrim's Hospice Christmas Fayre

Large numbers of people attended the event to boost funds. Home-made jams, chutneys and marmalade were on sale as well as cakes and pastries. I bought my usual marmalade replacement and treated the family to home-made sponge cake. There were some great bargains to be had at the stalls and a very welcome cup of tea.

Events such as this give enjoyable opportunities to meet the people of Folkestone. It was really good to have a chance to thank those people working hard for the Hospice movement and acknowledge their incredible contribution.
