Sandgate Planning Updates

Shepway District Council have notified Sandgate Parish Council of the following updates:

Tree Presevation Order No 21 of 2011 - Land adjoining Sir John Moore Barracks, Military Road

• Tree Preservation Order which was made by Shepway District Council on 7/12/11
• The Council has decided to confirm the Order with modification.

Y11/1116/SH 91 Sandgate High Street, Sandgate

• Change of use from retail (Class A1) to fast food takeaway (Class A5)
• This will be considered by Shepway Development Control Committee on 19^th June.
