Southeastern Travel Update: 20th December

20 Dec 2010

Southeastern advise that late afternoon and early evening today there's still more snow predicted in the Southeaster so this evening's rush hour is likely to be disrupted by bad weather, and are advising passengers to check their website www.southeasternrailway.co.uk

Tomorrow, Tuesday 21 December, they are currently expecting to operate the normal timetable service.

in answer to a number of questions to Southeastern on why some trains have been short formed, they say that this is because due to the adverse weather conditions over the last two to three weeks has resulted in damage to some trains and several units are undergoing emergency maintenance and repair.
