Temporary Road Closure - Church Road, Cheriton, Folkestone - 24 January 2011

Kent Highways have notified that it is necessary to close Church Road, Cheriton for urgent essential sewer repairs.
It is planned that the road will be closed from Monday 24 January 2011 for up to 5 days.
The road will be closed between the junctions with Bowden Crescent and Gordon Road, meaning there will be no direct through access between Horn Street and Risborough Lane.
The alternative route for through traffic is via Pond Hill Road, North Road and Risborough Lane. Access will be maintained up to the point where the road is closed, either side of number 78.
