The Incredible Melting Double Yellow Lines!

Local Lib Dem campaigner Gary Fuller has expressed astonishment at Double Yellow lines in Christchurch Road which appear to have melted. The lines, which prevent parking next to Folkestone's Garden of Remembrance, appear to have melted where a part of the road dips. Gary was at a loss to explain how this has occurred.
Commenting, he said:
"I was both astonished and baffled when I saw these lines. I'm at a loss to explain how this has occurred, but it does really look an eyesore and should have been fixed."
Gary has reported the melted lines to Kent Highways and hopes they will be straightened out soon.
