Shepway and Hythe Councillor Neil Matthews is recommending that people watch this Sunday's Panorama report on " The NHS National Homes Swindle". Neil has had personal experience of helping a relative with long term care.
The programme focuses on the scandal of thousands of families in England and Wales being forced to sell their family home to pay for long-term medical care of a sick relative.
The programme will be broadcast at 9.15pm on BBC1.
