Throw Away Success in Hythe

Hythe resident Mrs Susan Coleman of 183 Seabrook Road is celebrating the installation of a litter bin on the bus stop outside her house. The bin was installed after Mrs Coleman approached Lib Dem campaigner Peter Carroll for help.
Previously, people at the bus stop had often dropped litter on the road and even into Mrs Coleman's garden.
Peter Carroll said, 'Sometimes, it is the smallest things that make the biggest difference. I am delighted that the Council reacted so quickly to our request for help. The bin was actually installed within a few days'.
