Ticket to Ride: Folkestone West Bus Stop Boost

Bus stops across Folkestone West have had a make-over in the last few years.

Horn Street, Cheriton High Street, and the Golden Valley have had aging stops refurbished thanks the grants from Kent County Councillor Tim Prater. New shelters have also been installed in Somerset Road and Enbrook Valley.

Lib Dem Folkestone West Councillor Tim Prater said:

"Encouraging bus use is about having the right services and facilities. The old shelters looked awful and leaked. I listened to local residents and got them replaced.
