Tidy Lighting in Risborough Lane

Street light columns in Risborough Lane have been replaced after action from your Lib Dem team.

Tim Prater has repeatedly asked Kent Highways to repaint the columns. When Kent surveyed the lights, the columns then failed structural tests.

The lights have now been replaced. Cllr Dhan Gurung commented:

"The columns were in a bad way. Tim has been working to get them repainted for a long time.

"It is a shame that the older columns were unsafe, but the new streetlights make the area look much tidier."
