Video Nasty: Fuller appalled by state of underpass in Central Folkestone

Folkestone Central Councillor Gary Fuller was so appalled to see the disgusting state of an underpass in Central Folkestone last week he posted a video of the graffiti and damage on You Tube - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=1-5U4-utHyQ.
Commenting he said:
"This underpass needs to be repainted and the broken lights need to be repaired. It is appalling that any part of Central Folkestone should be in this state!"
