Folkestone and Hythe Parliamentary Constituency
Covering all Folkestone & Hythe District Council wards EXCEPT North Downs East and North Downs West
New boundaries for the 2024 General Election.
About Folkestone and Hythe Constituency
From the 2024 General Election, the Parliamentary Constituency of Folkestone and Hythe will include the District of Folkestone and Hythe wards of Broadmead, Cheriton, East Folkestone, Folkestone Central, Folkestone Harbour, Hythe, Hythe Rural, New Romney, Romney Marsh, Sandgate & West Folkestone, Walland & Denge Marsh.
The electorate will be reduced to bring it within the permitted range by transferring out the North Downs area in the north (North Downs East and North Downs West wards), along with the parts in the Borough of Ashford (Saxon Shore ward), primarily to the reconfigured constituency of Ashford.

Standing up for Folkestone and Grace Hill
I'm delighted that at the Folkestone Town Council Meeting of 22nd January, Folkestone Town Council unanimously resolved to back my motion to seek to buy the freehold of the Grace Hill building from Kent County Council.
