Gary believes that LED street lighting represents both a cost saving and a green investment in our future. LED street lights use 15 percent of the energy of incandescent bulb lighting while generating more light per watt.

It's time Sandgate went Mobile

Local Lib Dem Gary Fuller has expressed dismay at the seeming inability of mobile phone companies to offer excellent service to Sandgate residents. Gary, who is standing for election to Shepway District Council on Thursday, has noted that the main mobile networks have signal blackspots in various streets in Sandgate, including the Crescent where he lives, and hopes that a solution can be found for residents and local businesses.
