About Folkestone and Hythe Constituency

From the 2024 General Election, the Parliamentary Constituency of Folkestone and Hythe will include the District of Folkestone and Hythe wards of Broadmead, Cheriton, East Folkestone, Folkestone Central, Folkestone Harbour, Hythe, Hythe Rural, New Romney, Romney Marsh, Sandgate & West Folkestone, Walland & Denge Marsh.

The electorate will be reduced to bring it within the permitted range by transferring out the North Downs area in the north (North Downs East and North Downs West wards), along with the parts in the Borough of Ashford (Saxon Shore ward), primarily to the reconfigured constituency of Ashford.

There are so many ways you can help your local Lib Dems to campaign more effectively, whether you're a party member or just like what we're doing for you locally. You can deliver leaflets, have a stakeboard in your garden, put a poster in your window, and you can donate (to name but a few options). There are however some less obvious ways to help your local party, whether as a member or supporter, that can have a massive effect on their election chances.
