The decision by the Shepway Council Cabinet to immediately terminate the lease of the Folkestone Leas Lift and stop running the lift has been "called in" to Shepway's Corporate Scrutiny Committee. The meeting at 7pm on 31st March at Shepway Civic Centre is open to the public and will hear from local groups and residents on the impact of the decision.
