There will be two informal sessions for members at the Lib Dem South East Conference in Worthing on 25th October in the Dining area of Northbrook College to meet the Lib Dem candidates for Party President. These will take place at 10.30 with Lembit Opik and at 2.30 with Chandila Fernando and Ros Scott. The candidates will each give short presentations and answer questions.

In answer to questions from Lib Dem Councillor Tim Prater, Shepway Council have confirmed that, although they have no deposits in Icelandic banks, the potential impact on pension funds currently remains unknown.
