Shepway Lib Dems are sad to have learnt that Tim Hogg passed away recently. He served as a Shepway District and Hythe Town Councillor between 1983 - 1991 and was elected Deputy Mayor of Hythe in 1990. Very best wishes and our condolences to his friends and family for their loss.
