Sandgate's beach is tested regularly over the peak season months for the quality of the bathing water. The results of those tests can now be seen by visiting the link below.

Lydd Civic Reception
The Folkestone Mayor and Mayoress attended the Civic Reception to welcome the new Mayor of Lydd. The historic venue, with displays from the museum, was a fitting venue for the celebration following the appointment of Rochelle as Mayor of Lydd.

Sandgate Martello Towers Planning Consultation and Presentation
The proposals for the development of around 13 acres of land fronting Military Road in Sandgate, and stretching along the escarpment to Brewers Hill, also containing Martello Towers 6 & 7 will be on display in Sandgate Library from 6pm until 8pm on Thursday 20th May.
