Works were due to start on the M20 on 6th May in both directions between junction 11 & 12 (Hythe to Folkestone) and are expected to last 13 weeks. The works are being carried out to allow for a moveable barrier machine to be used for the implementation of Phase 1 of Operation Stack.

Six new projects by Christian Boltanski, Tacita Dean, Sejla Kameric, Langlands & Bell, Pae White and Mark Wallinger have been announced for the inaugural Folkestone Triennial which will run from 14 June - 14 September 2008.
